Custos Aftercare
The aftercare year, under your own name.
Housebuilders carry a two-year warranty and a statutory annual inspection on every unit sold, and most carry it in an inbox. Custos Aftercare is the same platform that runs private residences, cut down to the handover year and issued under the builder’s brand.
What it does
Six parts, none of them an inbox.
Property passport
Around seventy per cent is written before handover: systems, suppliers, materials, warranty terms. The homeowner receives a record, not a folder of PDFs.
Defect reporting
Room, description, photograph, dated response commitment. Routed to the named site manager, warranty position decided by you and visible to the homeowner.
Annual inspection
Vuositarkastus deadlines tracked from the handover date, scheduling prompted before the statutory window closes, findings written into the passport.
Maintenance engine
Filters, drains, alarms and silicone joints on interval, with plain guidance. Reminders reach the homeowner instead of the aftercare desk.
Builder reporting
Recurring defects by trade, project and subcontractor. The aftercare year becomes evidence for the next build.
Constrained theming
Your name and one accent colour inside our contrast rules. The homeowner sees your brand; Custos appears only if you opt into co-branding.
Boundaries
One tenant cannot see another.
Isolation
Every home, defect, inspection and passport row is bound to your organisation and enforced in the database, not in the interface. Homeowners see one home. Your site managers see your projects. No read crosses a tenant line, including ours.

We do not sell a licence and leave. The first project is run alongside your aftercare desk until the passport template matches how you actually build.
